Full reset — removes all existing finish down to bare floor, then applies fresh coats. Best for heavily worn or discolored floors.
Maintenance program — lightly abrades the top layer and adds new finish on top. Keeps floors looking great at a lower cost.

What types of flooring do you service?
We work with VCT tile, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), linoleum, concrete, and other hard-surface commercial flooring. We do not service carpet — see our Janitorial service for vacuuming.
What is the difference between strip & wax and scrub & recoat?
A strip & wax removes all existing finish down to bare floor, then applies fresh coats of wax — ideal for floors that are heavily worn or discolored. A scrub & recoat lightly abrades the top layer and adds new finish on top, maintaining the floor at a lower cost. We recommend scrub & recoat for regular maintenance and strip & wax every 1–2 years.
How long does floor care take?
A standard strip & wax on a 5,000 sq ft floor typically takes one overnight shift. Scrub & recoat is faster. We schedule after-hours to avoid disrupting your business.
